Payment Information  

All orders must be paid in full & cleared prior to shipping.

Payment Methods are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Bank Check, Personal Checks and Cash if local.

Local Orders

We are more than happy to deliver ($25.00 minimum) within a 10 mile radius of Framingham, MA. Or arrange for pick up for local orders to save shipping charges. All orders must be paid for before they will be delivered.

Shipping Insurance

Is NOT included in shipping costs and is the responsibility of the customer to purchase at an extra cost. Brookfield Candle Company will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items that were shipped without insurance.  Any damaged items received in which insurance was purchased must be presented to your local USPS for a refund.

Privacy Policy

Brookfield Candle Company does collect personal and contact information for the purposes of order processing and newsletter distribution. We will, under no circumstances, share or sell this information with anyone. All information we collect will be kept private and will be used for its intended purposes only. If you feel that information collected by Brookfield Candle Company  has been used in an unauthorized way, or by unauthorized persons, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation. 

**Disclaimer**

Brookfield Candle Company is not responsible for improper use or burning of our products. Failure to follow proper burning instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep wax free of matches, wick trimmings or any flammable materials. Keep wick centered and trimmed to 3/8" to ensure even burning and prevent flame from becoming too large. Burn candles only on a stable heat resistant surface for not more than 4 hours at a time. Keep out of drafts. Never put a burning candle near curtains or other Flammable materials. Discontinue use when only 1/2" of wax remains in bottom. Do not move while candle is burning or wax is hot or melted. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Brookfield Candle Company will not be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind due to the use of our products. It is your responsibility to follow ALL burning instructions carefully. Your purchase from Brookfield Candle Company signifies your acceptance of these terms and policies.
